Born in Baltimore, MD. Quickly rose to childhood fame when my birth was filmed for a medical teacher training tape. It's been all downhill since then.*

I've been residing in Amsterdam for the past 6 years with one foot planted in the interactive world and the others in activism, yoga and being well. Ok, I'm not a four legged creature, but you get the point. My *free* time is spent nourishing that growing list of interests below.

At the moment, I'm preparing for a move from Amsterdam to Kosovo, without many expectations. 'What will you be doing there' seems to be the burning question in everyone's mind, and I don't have much of an answer at the moment. I hope to help victims of war. I'll also be teaching yoga to whomever is interested in the philosophy and asanas. Of course, I'll be spending a lot of time keeping warm with my own yoga asana practice and knitting the world's longest body scarf.

*While my birth was filmed, it was my mom in that case who was the star and I was more of a prop. And it is a rather large exaggeration to say it's been downhill since then. Life is a rollercoaster ride!
